Looking at Freedom is a storytelling platform on a mission to inspire deeper connection, curiosity, and self-discovery.

It’s a movement rooted in radical self-responsibility, vulnerability, and soul-based living. It aims to gather people around a new human narrative: one of depth, connection, emotional truth and dignity. This isn’t just content, it’s communion.

We explore universal human values like freedom, love, vulnerability and transformation through photography, film, writing and conversations. Our stories illuminate different perspectives, showing that true freedom isn’t just about external circumstances, but about embracing authenticity, courage, and the beauty of the unknown. It’s an inner state.

We believe that a life led by openness and depth isn’t just fulfilling, it’s the most meaningful, expansive and transformative choice.

Perspectives allow us to open up our thoughts around what we hold to be true – by simply being challenged by “other truths”.

The name simply means that we are looking at what will give us freedom, i.e. openness towards other views, so that we can build another kind of foundation.

A space based on openness, respect, integrity, responsibility. A place where we no longer defend our definitions or impose them on others, but where we explore from curiosity and heart.

So, to get the conversation going, what is freedom to you?

A place to seek inspiration and reconsider our thoughts.

All it takes is the willingness to seek new perspectives.

To go beyond our need for being right and listen to others to start an uplifting, constructive and evolving conversation.

MISSION:

To inspire people to look for new perspectives.

VISION:

To reshape the relationship we have to ourselves and others, for the betterment of humanity.
