A soulful 2-day transformational workshop in Oslo*
A safe space to be. A new way to live.
✨ What is Looking at Freedom?
Looking at Freedom is a transformational workshop exploring how inner freedom, vulnerability, curiosity, and personal responsibility can become the new foundation for how we live, connect, and co-create with one another.
It’s not just about freeing ourselves from what binds us, it’s about becoming someone others feel safe being themselves around. It’s about embodying qualities that allow others to breathe more freely in our presence. It’s about courageously inhabiting the very space we wish the world would offer us, and realising we can offer it first.
Over two transformative days in Oslo*, we gather in an intimate group to explore vulnerability, emotional safety, curiosity, and the quiet responsibility of living from our truth. Through conversation, creative expression, somatic practices, and deep reflection, we’ll discover how we can become the space we’ve always longed for—first for ourselves, and then for others. While asking ourselves: “What does freedom mean for me?”

🌻 Why is this important now?
Because the world doesn’t just need more opinions, it needs more presence.
It needs people who live so freely and kindly that others begin to believe it’s safe to drop their armour, too.
It needs you.
🌻 A Note from Isaia
“Looking at Freedom is born from my own longing to live from truth, with softness, with courage, and with a love that leaves no one behind. I believe that when we become the space we wish the world would offer us, something shifts, not only within us, but around us. This workshop is a gentle but honest journey back to that space.”
